PACKAGED PUMP SYSTEMS

Drafting and design, custom fabrications, complete electrical control systems, installation and commissioning of self-contained pump systems configurable in any option from diesel, gasoline or electric prime movers and for any GPM and NPSH

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Using a variety of tools such as laser scanners and additive printers we can offer solutions to problems such as obsolete parts. If a component on your equipment is worn and no longer available, we can recreate and build a new part that will match the dimensions and performance of the original. Additionally, the part design can be retained and if parts are needed at a later day they can be manufactured on demand.

PROTOTYPING.

If you have a problem that needs a solution, or an idea that needs implementation KPM can do that for you. We have created a large variety of items for customers in the mining, oil and gas and other industrial sectors. From basic small items such as a custom crankshaft pulley, to large complex machines that perform unique jobs KPM has come thru time and time again to exceed our customers expectations.

3D PRINTING / ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Have a model made that you would like printed? In addition to using our 3D printers for our reverse engineering / prototyping division we also can print models for our customers. Whether you have a model of a broken dishwasher part you need made or have designed custom figurines for your new boardgame and need someone to manufacture them we are here to help.
