Capable of heavy coatings, up to .500” per side. High hardness, up to 60HRC possible. Specialized thermal spray bays complete with particulate collection systems limit noise and eliminate air pollution. Proprietary bonded overlays provide extreme wear resistance in abrasive pumping scenarios and long service cycles across industries.

High velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) blended coating is a thermal spray coating process used to improve/restore parts to extend equipment life and durability. The process creates a high velocity to propel particles onto a prepared surface. The HVOF blended coating process is a low temperature application process. We offer a diverse range of alloys to suit your specific application.
